Grow

          To grow, is more than receiving information, you must also do. You cannot follow only the parts of the word you agree with or that seem achievable. It’s those parts that were religiously achieved without faith yet said to be of faith. Your actions proved this through achieving something within your own power, not the Father’s. It does not actually produce fruit of which you can see a repeat in your life, that of a cycle regardless of the years past, it seems like nothing is actually new. How is this? It’s as if we are putting new wine in the old wine skin, it cannot contain the new without change. In fact, the old wine skin has already stretched in the aging process, it cannot stretch further without loss of both the new wine and the old skin. Therefore, no change can take place, both will actually be lost. There is no depth of relationship with the Father, no shift, no desire to truly change, instead excuses, emotional responses, and the desire of the old comfort. 
          Change is the only way to grow, it literally is movement, so denying that part of life to have something of comfort is inevitably out of the will of the Father. You cannot please the Father without faith and knowing that faith requires trust in Him and doing the word, then you must know that you are not truly achieving this by choosing your own desires over the Father’s. Which is way better than we could ever think, even if the process in which to reach there can be hard, the reward is well worth it.
          Seek to change, seek to push through, seek to be more than just hearers of the word that only repeats by mouth, but your actions do not solidify them…hypocrisy actually. Seek the Father as He leads you to the changes, the growth necessary to make you whole, to make you into a fruitful vessel, to prove His word daily in your walk. 

“Therefore if any man [be] in Christ, [he is] a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new” II Corinthians 5:17.
“And no man putteth new wine into old bottles; else the new wine will burst the bottles, and be spilled, and the bottles shall perish. But new wine must be put into new bottles; and both are preserved” Luke 5:37-38.
“For not the hearers of the law [are] just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified” Romans 2:13.
“But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was. But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth [therein], he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed. If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man’s religion [is] vain” James 1:22-26.
“For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what [is] the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God. Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto him [be] glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen” Ephesians 3:14-21.
