Getting Past the Noise

We are in a season of finding our rest, to hear the Father more, to be still…to trust the Father no matter what comes. There used to be a time where it took trials, heartache, and shaking to grab our attention and to take us to the end of us, but not anymore. It is in the midst of our peace, being still, that no matter the stuff, the evil going on in the world, we yet separate ourselves from it, to be still, to quiet our minds, to see the Father, and to hear His voice, His instruction, and yes, His rebuke and reproof. We are the ones that need to quiet ourselves, and be open hearted to receive the correction, the direction, and the instruction so that we may be led in righteousness, in the moment the Father seeks, not with old ways of doing things, but the right way the Father has for us now. It is time to realize how in our flesh we were, how religiously we conducted. It is time for us to find the peace to be still, so that our mind can be at rest, and the world’s chaos, and evil cannot prevent what is to be. The Father will truly be exalted above the noise! Chaos, the noise will ensue, but His children will hear His voice. He does not need to yell over the noise…so quiet yourself. Quiet your thoughts, your mind, quiet the doubt, the worry, the discomfort, quiet it all…And you will hear…you will find the place of stillness, quietness, and rest necessary to receive what the Father has intended for sometime.

Ultimately, it is time to stop trying to discern what the Father means or intends and actually HEAR HIM!

“Be still, and know that I [am] God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth” Psalms 46:10.
“And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm” Mark 4:39.
“And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the LORD. And, behold, the LORD passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the LORD; [but] the LORD [was] not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; [but] the LORD [was] not in the earthquake: And after the earthquake a fire; [but] the LORD [was] not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice” I Kings 19:11-12.
