We did a Bible Study last night at our Thursday night service. It continues to resonate. It is important for all to know. I Peter 2 is the chapter we went through. I have included the notes below that we put together. I encourage you to print (Word File found at bottom), so you can fill in the definitions and answer the other questions posed. It is not a matter of interpretation, but it is a matter of understanding the importance it has today and where we are at the moment. Be honest with yourself, be completely open and raw so repentance will happen, and allow change to take place. We as the church body are being exposed. It is better to make the changes in private than to be humiliated in public, AND to be outside the will of the Father.
Not only is this a study to help correct our misperceptions, but it is a tool for how to study the word. Dig deep!
I Peter 2
Verse 1 “Wherefore laying aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil speakings,”.
